Shipping And Handling

Posting and packaging to UK mainland is £2.50 per item unless otherwise stated. 

For items outside of UK mainland, please email us at suzi@bluegizmo.co.uk for shipping costs which vary and are weight dependent.

Returns 

Goods purchased through bluegizmo.co.uk may be returned for a full product refund within fourteen days of delivery providing that all packaging is complete, the goods are not used and you have your receipt this would be at your expense. When returning any goods, please provide your receipt and a brief note explaining why you are returning the goods, including your name, address and order number. If we do not receive a note we may not be able to process your return.

Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by bluegizmo.

We also offer secure payment options. You are able to pay via PayPal or to pay on-line using a payment gateway. Our payment gateway is provided by PayPal; they provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK. PayPal solely handles your card details on their secure server where they run extensive security checks and obtain card authorisation. Bluegizmo Limited never has access to your credit card details. The only information that bluegizmo holds on to is information for the purposes of ordering.  This user information is held in our database that is not directly accessible from the web.
